As a brand new runner on the road to running her first marathon, Teresa is quickly discovering that fantastic feeling of meeting (and exceeding) the goals along the way. To quote Teresa “There aren’t enough exclamation points to express how happy I was.”

Some days it just clicks. Arun’s post is about one such day where he had the motivation to run and run. Despite a lack of regular training (and no, this is not recommended) it shows what you can do when your mind is set on something. Although, he did pay for it for a few days after!
